Affiliate Member
Affiliate Members are independent associations that choose to join with CBPA to assure their membership is represented in the State Capitol and in front of regulatory agencies. Contributions at this level are determined on a per member basis.

Industry Champion
These are companies or individuals that choose to go "above and beyond" to assure the commercial, industrial, and retail real estate industry has the means to engage in the political process at a very high level. Contritutions at this level begin at $10,000 annually.

Sponsor
These are companies or individuals who, because of the large size of their business in California, choose to play a larger role to assure the industry has the means to engage in the political process. The annual contribution at this level is $5,000.

Member
This group reflects the medium size company conducting activity in California. A large portion of our membership is in this range because it involves full participation at all levels of Association programs. The annual contribution is $2,500.

Associate Member
This group represents the small companies who are involved in the industry and wish to be kept informed, involved and represented. Associate members are invited to attend all meetings and functions but do not have voting ability in the Association. The annual contribution at this level is $1,000 annually.
